Broker In Charge, Bannister Real Estate
Though her chief ambition is to own Downton Abbey as her personal residence, Casey busies herself in the meantime making sure every home entrusted in her care finds its next generation of proud owners. Originally from New Jersey, Casey lived all over the country before moving to Wilmington in 2008. She has since adopted the use of "y'all" but still refuses sweet tea and still drives like all of New Jersey is chasing her.
For more than a decade Casey was an Edward R. Murrow award-winning investigative TV news reporter. She solo shot and produced five documentaries and a number of Special Reports. When not covering the news, Casey was restoring her century-old downtown home. Today she can talk your ear off about construction and inspection reports (she's a lot of fun at baby showers). Leveraging her years of video production, you will know it's a "Casey" listing by the stunning photos and professionally-produced listing videos that set her work apart.
An avid traveler and Youtube influencer within the RV community, Casey has crossed the country (and globe) telling the stories of unique and historic architecture. "Bannister" was inspired by the imperial staircase inside Boldt Castle in upstate New York. One of the many videos she's produced in an effort to keep the story of these incredible properties alive for generations. She brings her real estate office to her clients. Don't be surprised when her Class B RV mobile office pulls up. The "RAMborghini" is her favorite place to write contracts, keep her clients out of the rain (with snacks!) and wrap up a negotiation - all with a great view.
"Casey is an amazing realtor and very knowledgeable at her job. She made our experience so pleasurable and helped us with purchasing a home while we lived in another state. Casey is so organized and responsive."
